We provide short-term assistance or 24/7 support for more complex needs. All our services build day-today resilience, taking into account your social, cultural and emotional needs as well as your practical requirements.

Our staff are well-trained in working with those living with dementia.

Our aim is to support you to achieve your own goals by finding the right solution for you in partnership with you, your family and other organisations.

Our Support Workers have NZQA qualifications in home and community support and are supervised by our service coordinators who are health professionals (registered nurses). Our Day Services Support Workers are supervised by Day Service Team Leaders.

Our staff live in your community and work with clients from diverse cultures. We are part of Presbyterian Support Northern, a local charitable organisation with 140 years’ experience delivering social services to people, regardless of their beliefs.

We measure how well we provide services by obtaining full and independent feedback from clients and put in place improvements based on this experience.
